A whole class dedicated to stretch our muscles around the hips and pelvis and strengthen our bum.
Another great class for our pregnant mamas.
Not recommended for postpartum unless you are already in month 3-4 and you feel like everything is very well closed up down there.
I apologize for the quality of sound due to our change of layout, we are In the middle of moving to another apartment. So everything behind the camera is boxes and furniture upside down.

A short but super effective leg, glutes and tricep workout. Bing your resistance bands with you and get ready to tone that lower body.
FRESH POP - Low impact dance workout
Here is a super fresh pop mix for you. This is another low impact class safe for our pregnant mamas just avoid our ABS section and switch it for knee push ups or side plank. Bring your stretch bands and kitchen spoons with you. Have fun!
