I will call this playlist “soft rock” of the 2000’s. We did some kicking and punching at the tunes of Alanis Morrisette, No Doubt and The Killers, and then cooled down with Cranberries. It was SO goood.
Our first throwback reggaeton class was so damn good!! We added a few props for this one: you can use resistance bands or weights or food cans, and remember if you don't have a baby, lifting a watermelon, your dog or a big detergent bottle works great.
