Our first throwback reggaeton class was so damn good!! We added a few props for this one: you can use resistance bands or weights or food cans, and remember if you don't have a baby, lifting a watermelon, your dog or a big detergent bottle works great.
Our second throwback Reggaeton class was so much fun, you will love it! Specially if you were born in the 80s or 90s! Also, If your baby is a car fan like mine, he will like the taxi song, peep peep! Disfruta mami ;)
Here is another fun blast to the past!!!

Also bring your stretch bands, food cans or weights for our arm exercises, have fun!
