This class was a chile con queso, a guacamole of styles. From boxing at the tunes of "La bamba fitness version" to singing our hearts out at "La maldita primavera". There was also some twerking involved. Have fun ladies!
Bring a ball with you, totally optional though.
This class is for all levels because all our classes are for ALL people!! Just modify to a lower pace and low impact if you are pregnant.

ARMS & ABS - Upper body workout
Yep! we skipped cardio today, and that is OK because we did not skipped the whole workout. We focused on the arms and abs plus a relaxing flexibility session, so bring in your weights or resistance bands and get ready to tone that upper body.
