From me to you with full heart. This was such a special class because we really focused on releasing all negative emotions, all the anger, fear, sadness we may be holding inside these days.
We laughed and cried a little. It was meant to be a virtual hug for all those who may be needing it right now.
This class is also good for pregnant mamas, just modify abs crunches for mountain climbers, push-ups or bridge moves.

Join our first "beginners" low impact class. Same level of fun and sweat, with easier moves. No equipment needed. Another good class for our pregnant mamas.
Our first throwback reggaeton class was so damn good!! We added a few props for this one: you can use resistance bands or weights or food cans, and remember if you don't have a baby, lifting a watermelon, your dog or a big detergent bottle works great.
Yep, you read that fine, today perreamos, trapeamos, but not only that, we also danced like cowboys, and even did the chuntaro style.
Oh and added a Frozen song too!! You'r welcome kiddos!
