Hi Chicas! This is one of those classes that made me laugh hard when I watched the video.
Expect to have a really good time while getting your heart rate up to the beat of Banda Machos and cooling down with the music of Intocable.
I also have to warn you: My whole body hurt deliciously the day after this class.
You will be moving from head to toes, and your body will react with a bit of soreness that will become into a nice toned muscle afterwards.
Emilio also enjoyed this Mexican music very much which of course made me so happy!
