I'd like to share with you my antidote for switching my mood to a more optimistic one: All we need to do is dress up, show up and click on this video to allow music to heal you.
MUSIC has some serious superpowers over humans. Let it be one of your go-to's whenever you feel down, just turn it up, and let your body GO. Your brain will take care of the rest. 100% you will feel better after at least 3 min of dancing to your fav song.
Beware: This class could even make your furniture dance. Invite all the family to join.
We added resistance bands to one song but they are totally optional.
