The goal of this class is to help you release all negative emotions with a high-intensity workout.
Some of us like to meditate and do softer exercises to feel better and center ourselves.
Others just can’t help to feel like they want to punch a sandbag real hard multiple times, or just that feeling that you just want to get out and run and run and run.
Both are so real and effective, do what makes you feel better, the important part is to allow yourself to take the time to do it.
This class is special for our intense friends, but pregnant mamis you can punch all you want too just please lower the pace and modify to low impact.

If you are looking for a chill workout, this is it. Get ready to dance some Reggaeton lento at the tunes of Maluma. Bring your stretch bands or food cans. The bounce ball is optional.
FRESH POP - Low impact dance workout
Here is a super fresh pop mix for you. This is another low impact class safe for our pregnant mamas just avoid our ABS section and switch it for knee push ups or side plank. Bring your stretch bands and kitchen spoons with you. Have fun!
ARMS & ABS - Upper body workout
Yep! we skipped cardio today, and that is OK because we did not skipped the whole workout. We focused on the arms and abs plus a relaxing flexibility session, so bring in your weights or resistance bands and get ready to tone that upper body.
