  • BOOTY - 40min Cardio & Arms

    This class was all about shakin' the booty and strengthen the arms. Bring your weights or food cans and get ready to dance.

  • MAMACITA - Got balls?

    We had a lot of fun experimenting with footballs or basket balls and banda music.

    Have fun! Any balls work doesn't need to be heavy, basketball, football, small weightless colorful balls, anything works.

    Our first throwback reggaeton class was so damn good!! We added a few props for this one: you can use resistance bands or weights or food cans, and remember if you don't have a baby, lifting a watermelon, your dog or a big detergent bottle works great.

  • PERREO Y TRAPEO - Dance workout

    Yep, you read that fine, today perreamos, trapeamos, but not only that, we also danced like cowboys, and even did the chuntaro style.

    Oh and added a Frozen song too!! You'r welcome kiddos!
